Routine requests and urgent situations are handled differently. Start with the right one.
Immediate danger? Call 911.
Fire, smoke, a gas smell, flooding near electrical, a medical emergency, or a crime in progress — leave the area if it's unsafe and call 911 first.
For urgent property issues after you're safe, call VRG at 509-205-5724. A dedicated after-hours line has not been set up yet.

Routine requests
Leaky faucet, appliance trouble, a sticking door — submit it here or through the resident portal. Include photos through the portal when possible.
