Move in
Before move in: review your lease, set up utilities in your name if required, and complete the move in condition report within the time your lease specifies. Photograph each room.
Move out
Give written notice as your lease requires. Clean thoroughly, return all keys, and provide a forwarding address for deposit accounting.
