What we collect

When you submit a form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone, property address, and message, plus the page you submitted from and any campaign tags in the link you followed.

What we don't collect here

This website does not collect Social Security numbers, banking details, identification documents, screening reports, or application payments. Those are handled only on the secure property-management platform.

How we use it

To respond to your request, prepare a rental analysis or proposal, and coordinate tours or maintenance. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.

Sharing

We don't sell your information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate, and as required by law.

Retention

Inquiries are retained only as long as needed for the purpose they were submitted and our business records, then deleted.
